Window Cleaning up to 45ft (15 metres)
'Easy Clean' window cleaning has been established for 10 years plus. We follow Health & Safety policies and work within the Work At Height Regulations by using a de-mineralised and de-ionised, thermal,
water-fed pole system which eliminates the need to use ladders to reduce any potential ladder slips and falls. We only use ladders for access onto some flat roofs with windows above which can't be reached safely from the ground with telescopic or modular poles. We don't climb over your gate, we telephone the evening before we are due to clean if we need to gain entry through a key locked or padlocked side gate or if you have sash windows that need to be closed on the day we are cleaning them.
We use hot pure water without any minerals or detergents in to clean your windows, window frames and sills where appropiate, this is because the clean is accelerated, meaning windows are cleaned thoroughly & dry much quicker than using cold water, resulting in no complaints.
The benefit of using pure water apart from sterilising the glass, is that it leaves a superb streak free clean. The traditional method of window cleaning (up a ladder), leaves a film of detergent on the glass that attracts dirt and grime in between cleans.
We can easily reach windows above sensitive ground areas such as flower beds without causing damage. We can clean up to 45ft, (15metres), which is some low 5th level windows all from the safety of the ground. Using the ladderless water-fed-system. Most awkward windows such as above conservatories and roof's are now accessible including dormer and velux windows ensuring total privacy to occupants upstairs.
Our periodic intervals are monthly or 6 weekly (most requested choice). For larger homes and commercial premises, we can accomodate up to a 2-3 monthly interval if requested, subject to geographical location at a slightly higher cost.
It has always been important to us to provide a friendly, professional, high quality, reliable, regular, repetitive service to our customers. Hence, we do not take on 'builders cleans' or 'once only' cleans (i.e. end of tenancy cleans).
